Available filters in Reports
Go to the Reports section in the left-hand menu.
Select the report you want to view.
At the top of the report, apply any combination of the following filters:
Date range – Choose the reporting period (e.g. this week, last month, custom range).
Position – Filter by job roles such as Manager, Waiter, or Cook.
People – View data for specific team members.
Location – Limit results to one or more workspace locations.
Time block status – Show time blocks based on their status (e.g. Completed, Needs review, Approved).
Time block type – Focus on a specific type, such as Shift, Availability, or Time off.
Visibility – Filter by Published or Unpublished time blocks.
These filters appear at the top of the Reports section and help you quickly generate a tailored view of your data.
