How to add Availability/Unavailability?

Learn how to add availability and unavailability in schedule in Heybegin.

Adding availability and unavailability

  1. Go to the Schedule tab.

  2. Click on a date where you want to add availability or unavailability.

  3. Choose the type (Availability or Unavailability).

  4. Adjust the time if needed and click Save.

  • Availability is shown in green

  • Unavailability is shown with a grey “X”

This helps managers schedule more effectively based on preferences.
