How to set up Alerts and Automations?

Learn how to set up alerts and automation in Heybegin.

Enabling scheduling alerts

  1. Go to Settings from the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  2. Click on Alerts and Automations from the left-hand menu.

  3. Enable the alerts you want to use like:

    • Missing time reports

    • Unscheduled entries

    • Mismatched shift data

Once enabled, irregularities will be flagged in the schedule with an orange indicator.

To review details:

  • Click on the flagged shift

  • Scroll down to the Alerts section

  • Check the Activity Log for context
