Editing from the People section
Go to the People tab in the left-hand menu.
Find the team member you want to update. Click the three dots on the right side of their row and select Edit.
You’ll be taken to their profile, where you can update:
Name
Email
Role
Location(s)
Position(s)
Click Save when you’re done.
Editing from the Schedule view
Go to the Schedule tab in the left-hand menu.
Find the team member in the list. Click the three dots on the right side of their name and select Edit.
You’ll be taken to their profile, where you can make any necessary changes.
