How to invite People to your workspace?

Learn how to invite people into Heybegin.

Inviting from the People section

  1. Go to the People tab in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click Invite People in the top-right corner.

  3. You’ll see two invite options:

    • Share a magic link – copy and share the link so your team can join the workspace themselves.

    • Send a direct invitation – enter the team member’s name and email, and assign their position and location. Then click Invite.

The invitee will receive an email with a link to join. Once they accept, they’ll appear in your People list.

Inviting from the Schedule view

  1. Go to the Schedule tab in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the plus icon (+) next to the relevant position on the left side of the screen.

  3. Select Add & Invite People, then choose Invite People.

  4. Fill out the invitation form and send the invite.

Once invited, team members will be able to access Heybegin and collaborate with the rest of your team.
