Permission levels in Heybegin

There are three main roles, each with different access levels:

  • Administrator – Full access. Can add, edit, and delete anything in the workspace.

  • Manager – Broad access, similar to Administrator, but with some restrictions.

  • Employee – Limited access. Can view schedules, manage their own shifts, and use features based on the role’s permissions.

Managing permissions by role

  1. Go to the Settings tab in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  2. Click on the Permissions section from the left-hand sidebar.

  3. Select the role you want to update: Administrator, Manager, or Employee.

  4. Use the toggles to adjust what users in that role can see and do.

Permissions are set at the role level, not for individual users. Everyone assigned to the same role will follow the same access rules.
