Accessing your notification settings
Click the Settings icons tab in the bottom-left corner.
Go to the Notifications section.
Types of settings you can manage
You’ll see three sections:
My notifications – Choose which time block activities to be notified about (e.g., reschedules, status changes)
My reminders – Enable reminders for things like upcoming shifts or reminders to clock in and out
Team notifications – Select positions and locations for which you want to receive updates about team members
You can also choose the notification type for each - either email, mobile push, both, or none.
